However, the indirect approaches are to build food related improvements in the settlement, and protect the villages. A good chunk of food supplies comes from the outlying villages. If the villages were looted, it will take time for them to recover; weeks, or months, before the populations return.
There is 4 options in the manage castle/town menu on the bottom. One of them is festivals and something and it raises loyalty by +1 a day i think. You can hover over the loyalty number in that menu and it will show you what affects it. I cant remember off the top of my head but i think bigger garrisons help. Anyway just turning on festivals and
Meaning riding full force straight at a guy and skewering him with a lance/throwing weapon/whatever will improve it. Going for a joyride won't. You're better off skewering everyone with a spear and riding (quickly, bring a lot of horses/horsemen and a light load) to the next battle to repeat it. "On the map" means not on the battlefield.
The best way is kingdom policies that increase loyalty every day. If you cant pass those, then install a governor who is if the same culture as the city, then run festival and games for daily loyalty until above 30 loyalty. Then you can start building stuff. 3. r/Bannerlord.
1 goboks • 3 yr. ago Best way is to just dump money in reserve. Workshops are a waste, build those last. Especially in castles where L3 only adds 3 construction. 2 SaviorOfNirn • 3 yr. ago If you're asking if it can be done in a day, no. Not without mods. Believe it or not, it takes a long ass time to build a castle wall. 1 EujeneGotCrabs
Increasing Prosperity Through Perks. Since your player character will never act as governor in Bannerlord, only one perk affects your prosperity score for the main character. Activating ‘Nourish Settlement’ will enable 4x prosperity growth while your character waits within its walls, a boon for lords who like to return home to replenish often.
The biggest source of construction is either prosperity or dumping money into the storage that drains over time to add construction. I think the governor only speeds up the construction by a percentage, but doesn't add any so it won't improve if it's 0 construction
Best way is to put them in charge of a party, then follow them around until until they get in a fight, then swoop in and rescue them. Guaranteed increase in relations, If they are in a party and if they are relatives and not your rowdy friends and if you are in a kingdom, you can talk to them and give them stuff. Maybe money, too.
Festivals without construction will float your loyalty to decent lvls to begin construction. Make sure security isnt negatively impacting construction. Rinse and repeat. Eventually your fief will float itself even if you have a -3 to loyalty.
The last factor that can increase your Prosperity in Bannerlord is the Housing daily default which can gain you Prosperity based on 1% of your construction output. Depending on how big your town has gotten, this bonus can get you more than +1 per day which can be a big help if you need to increase Prosperity fast.
The Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord settlement projects is a grand improvement on this system. Players will now have many more options for managing the hamlets, towns, and castles under their control. The Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord settlement projects menu has a lot of things for players to pay for while they're running around conquering Calradia.
